Fully self contained accommodation in Ararat Victoria, Originally built by James Donisthorpe Smith (JDS), circa 1872, for his wine and spirit business, this solid brick and stone building has stood the test of time.
This charming old world residence is centrally located close to the train station, main street, shopping, bars, cafes. With a solid brick and stone construction, it is rich in character and includes ornate ceilings, timber over mantles, polished pine floors, 15 ft ceilings, decorative arch way and claw foot bath.
